The corner suite offered breathtaking views of the Bay and a comfortable atmosphere. Room service provided excellent hot coffee. Unfortunately, the concierge service was lacking. requests for a crib and nanny support were mishandled, and the restaurant had a dim ambiance with an unpleasant smell. The lack of a 24-hour engineer was also disappointing when plumbing issues arose in the bathroom.

The views were stunning, especially from our room on the 45th floor, and the breakfast was unforgettable—those buttermilk banana pancakes were to die for! The attentiveness of the staff, particularly during check-in, made everything feel seamless.
